What Dinkyo is

Dinkyo is a free tool for running pickleball open play: checking players in, making games, sharing courts live and showing results. Players can follow a club's session without an account. Organizers need an account.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts and clubs, that break these rules.

Results and rankings

Games, rotations and rankings are made by Dinkyo's rules from what organizers enter. They're for fun and fair play at open play. They are not official ratings. Organizers can correct results.

Availability

We work to keep Dinkyo running and your data safe, but Dinkyo is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change or end. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as downloaded rankings.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dinkyo isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for loss of data, arising from using Dinkyo. Pickleball is a physical sport: playing is at your own risk and up to you and your club.

Ending use

You can stop using Dinkyo at any time and ask us to delete your account and club. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce big changes in Dinkyo. Using Dinkyo after a change means you accept the new terms.
